Bad

Dolly: I can't watch this anymore, I really can't, that dog is so bad. Bad, bad, really, really bad!

Tara: who's bad?

Tara: when we went shopping the other day I just popped into the butcher's while Yolanda wasn't looking and helped myself to a string of sausages.
It is self service in there, isn't it? So who's bad?
Dolly: but stealing sausages is not the only bad thing that pup did. I won't look but have a good look yourself. I hope you have a strong stomach because this is bad, bad, really, really bad.

Honest, I kid you not, that pup is pure evil.

She's bad.

Bad, really, really, bad!

Who's bad? Well, that dog is.

See?

Been hitting the bottle lately.
Often! That dog is a lush. And if you think you've seen it all, think again.
Still not looking, but if you keep your eyes peeled you can probably catch that dog doing something very, very bad. Oh yeah, at one time in her life she must have been a fully paid up member of Fagin's gang.
See that hankie sticking out of Yolanda 's pocket while that bad pup is pretending to look the other way?
Here she is, still pretending not to look. Yeah, right!
The bad, bad, really, really bad dog lifted the hankie without Yolanda noticing a thing. And if being a pickpocket isn't bad, really, really bad enough, she added insult to injury by shredding it to bits.
Who's bad? Well, that dog is. Ladies and gentlemen of the blogging world jury, I rest my case.

Yolanda: in case you are wondering what Tara's favourite tipple is:
What else did you expect?
Tara: who's bad?

On a more personal note:
Also bad was that I had to go to the dentist yesterday to have a tooth (molar) out. For the past 2 years I've had an infection in my lower jaw and even after 4 root canals and antibiotics twice, the infection kept returning. It was a bad, bad, really really bad infection so the tooth had to come out. Today I'm feeling ever so slightly sorry for myself as I now have a gaping hole in my mouth, which is bad, really really bad. It will take 6 months before that will be sorted with an implant and some bridgework which is too bad, really!

Yolanda girl : ) I'm sorry about the tooth .. I actually had to have one yanked out (way in the back of my small crowded mouth, as my dentist keeps screaming about .. go figure ? he has no idea why I put off coming to him when he has those screaming fits over my mouth ??) I had nitrous Oxide and freezing because I am one BIG whimp ;-) .. hope you get rid of the nasty infection and feel better very soon !
Meanwhile your little furry souls will keep getting into trouble and entertaining you ? haha
Dolly does the same thing as my Sophie does .. paw over eyes (in our case because Emma is being bad .. she and Tara would make a great team .. although Emma would insist on being the gang leader and brains behind the beauites ? LOL .. I can't get that bloody song out of my head now .. thanks a bunch kid !! ;-)

Oh you poor dear! I am so sorry you have had this bit of horridness going on in your mouth, too close to the brain to be able to forget about it for even a minute. May you now resume your normal cheerful life, with temporary hole. Tara and Dolly will cheer you up with their highjinks though. Take care of yourself. Maybe you need to be rewarded with new plants?

"Bad" is the word to describe our dental woes -- I had a similar experience about two years ago and ended up with an infected jawbone (which had to scraped...yuck!) and the extraction of a tooth by a specialist. I feel sorry for you, too! :-)

Your critters are so cute, they can't possibly be bad. ;-)

Oh horrors! Yuck! Well, my hubby can relate to what you are going through. And I thought that my cleaning yesterday hurt! Your little ones are sooo cute too, they are always up to something!

Oh my gosh. Bad tooth. I hope you are feeling better soon.

Obviously Tara is an angel. It is good to have a Dolly/Tara story. Haven't seen the cats in some time.

Very sorry for your molar. Cheer up though, at least it won't show when you smirk or smile. A hearty laugh may be proscribed for some time for purely cosmetic reasons.
Tara looks so cute that despite the poor catty's chagrin, my heart goes Tara...ra...rara..

That is bad~~and a six month wait and more discomfort. But, it's good to hear from you and the gang.

Sorry about your tooth problems, but at least your sense of humor is still intact. I love the 1st shot of Tara with her halo slightly askew. Her expression says it all.

Ugh, dental work is the worst. Honestly, they've put a man on the moon, you think someone would invent dental tools that didn't whine at a high, frenzied pitch as they cut away at one's tooth. Just makes me twitch thinking about it. Hope you feel better soon, or at least the memory fades;)

As someone who has spent six hours in the dentist over the last month then I am brimming with sympathy for your dental ordeal.
That dog seems bad but I think that if you take the trouble to fully investigate you will find that she has probably been framed by the cats.

Dolly and Tara had me smiling!
I sympathise with your dentisty, and hope that it's something I won't ever have to endure!
Take care, Flighty! xx

Ouch. I'm sorry about that dental problem. Hope you are feeling better soon.

There's a reason cats and dogs are so darling. It's a defense mechanism for when they are naughty.

Ouch about the tooth! At least it's out now. Hope you feel better soon.

Hello Dear Yolanda....
You have my sympathy for the dental surgery, it isn’t nice at all.... but I’m sure the antics of your ‘babies’ will help take your mind off it.

What a lovely post and pictures too. Tara looks so gorgeous in her pretty coronet.

Yolanda, you should write children’s stories! Hope you feel better to enjoy a good weekend. Marion

What a lovely teenager she is growing into! In my experience it is always the clever ones that get into trouble! Tara is going to be a great, great character! Sorry to hear about your dental problems. I hate dentists!

Poor you with all that dental work.
Your puppy is a delight.
Tara the Terror looks a lot like our Buster --
I loved reading her adventures.

I think Tara looks like the Tooth Fairy! I hope you are feeling better ~ sounds like you've had a nasty time with that tooth. It's the tooth that's bad, not Tara ~ she's sweet :)

It is obvious that that dog is bad and it probably has Dog Breath in addition to all its other sins. . .

Sorry about the tooth but without it there and the infection you will feel so much better.

But she's so cuuuuuute! (And you know I'm not even a dog person!)
Sorry to hear about your tooth. :-( But I'm glad to hear you're getting it replaced with an implant. Teeth are IMPORTANT! (Says this hygienist!)

Hope you're feeling much better Yolanda!

Tara is so adorable, it must be hard to stay mad at her for very long.

George was actually a very good puppy, except that he liked to gnaw on hands when he was teething, and oh, did he have fun grabbing the end of toilet paper rolls, and stringing them through the house! Tara's fun with the hanky reminded me of those good old days!

I sure sympathize about the tooth, I'm a rabid "anti-dentite" (I hate dental work! :) Tara is just too cute...the cats know it, too.

Ahhh, poor Tara - how can something with such an innocent expression be bad? I expect the cats lead her on.
Hope you're feeling better.
