Whatever You Do ....

always take the weather with you. I did, and it worked!

As you can see I had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful country of mine,
we all had. So, going Dutch is actually much better than many people think. ;-)

It looks like you had delightful weather with you while on vacation. Such pretty sights. That market with all the colorful flowers looks fablous. Of course Tara was full of joy with her exporations.

We in our culture believe in reincarnation - I just made my wish to be reincarnated as anything with all the senses of smell in Dutchland. And there is another wish which I made for this life of mine; which is that Y.E. of Bliss fame, visit my country now, as I have heard that the weather travels with her and we have been dying for good weather...

Mmmmm, flower, cheese, and water: what a nice holiday. I've been lucky with weather when I travel, though a little rain or snow never put me off! :)

I like the photo with the topiary, but I'm afraid I lingered longest on the one with the cake ::)

When I see your beautiful photos I long to going to the Netherlands right now! But this year your country is not on our agenda - I have to wait until February (after our visit to Ghent we always spend some days in Zeeland and I love it!
Have a nice late summer weekend, groetjes, Monika

I was born in Holland but we moved to Canada when I was just two. Now I'm an artist on Vancouver Island. I'm always drawn to your blog and especially love to see these wonderful glimpses of my homeland. Thank you! Big fan of Crowded House too.
