Decidedly Droopy

A very short blog today as I'm not feeling all that good. My neck and shoulders are much better (rest works) but I have an infection in my lower jaw, an infection in my right ear and I've got a fever, am feeling rather dizzy plus I am in a lot of pain. I am on antibiotics and painkillers although the last ones never work all that well for me. :-(
Thanks for all the kind words you all send me and the concern so many showed for my well being, I appreciate it.
Hopefully, I'll soon feel as cheerful again as those pretty winter aconites!

    Prachtige bloemenfoto`s, ik verlang gelijk naar het voorjaar.
    vervelend dat je zo beroerd bent. Doe het lekker rustig aan en ziek het goed uit. Heel veel beterschap!

    Oeps, dat klinkt niet fijn! En dan toch nog bloggen. Maar je moet toch iets als je niet de tuin in kan.

    De antwoordmail komt wel als je je weer wat beter voelt!

    ach meis ...klinkt naar het gemene griepje wat er rond gaat mét de bijbehorende oorontsteking !
    goed uitzieken is het credo ;))
    dus onder de wol met dat lijf en niet loggen , wij zijn er wel hoor als je weer beter bent !

    Yolanda, my best wishes for a good recovery. Get lots of rest, that always helps. It looks like your kitty is sympathizing with you! Cats always seem to know when we are not feeling well. Take care.

    Yolanda .. you will feel better eventually .. it just seems more painful now with the weather ? That is what affects my conditions are well .. do you take herbal/supplements ? They seemed to be popular when we lived there.

    I'm so sorry to hear about your infection -- abscesses like that can be nasty! I had an infection once that wasn't responding to antibiotics, so a friend suggested oregano tablets. They worked wonderfuly!

    Sorry to hear you are under the weather. Hope you get well soon! Apparently the flu is quite widespread now but I haven't seen much evidence of it. Isn't it a late start for the flu?

    V. nice photo of the hellebore. I don't know why but none of the several we have show any signs of blooming.
