In our renovation...Your conservatory is wonderful. In our renovation we added a sunroom, I call it the greenhouse. It has windows on three sides and two skylights. It has a tile floor with a drain in the middle and a sink with hot and cold running water in the corner. BUT the walls are drywall, a big mistake.
